I’m a 25-year-old cultural critic living and working in London. I have a BA in English and an MA in Contemporary Literature and Culture, both from UCL.

I am particularly interested in interdisciplinary work and work that tackles questions of form; my academic research focuses on theories of identity, femininity, grief, translation, and the fragment.

Although I’m primarily a non-fiction writer, I’m also working on a few top secret fiction projects, and I create other kinds of work, too. Mostly, I write cultural criticism of one sort or another – from academic essays to more experimental pieces.

You can find a selection of my work here, organised by subject.

You can also sign up to my newsletter for irregular missives on whatever takes my fancy (usually pop culture) – past letter subjects have included selfhood, Lorde, and the void.

I’m available for speaking and writing gigs, and happy to discuss other kinds of involvement in projects – hit me up here.
